In addition to the possibility of enjoying relaxing moment of slow navigation, the Houseboat holiday can be fun and active. We suggest you some activities that will be able to satisfy also the most lively and energetic people.
Boat and Bike
Moor your houseboat, unload your bikes and go! You can visit the wildest and unusual places. Paths and cycle lanes are usually located along watercourses and it is therefore possible to admire the view from another perspective. The most curious people have also the opportunity to enter into the hinterland and explore new places.
Along your itinerary you will find different kinds of cycle lanes: more or less equipped and with different levels of difficulty. For example? The cycle lane of Lusenzo Lagoon in Chioggia, cycle lane with a stunning view upon the sea and the Lagoon in Pellestrina, the circumnavigation in the island of Sant’Erasmo, the tour of the walls in Ferrara, the cyle itineray along river Sile.
Bikes are surely on added value for the cruise on board of our comfortable Houseboats without driving licence. In addition, bikes are very useful to run some daily errands or do some courses.

Boat and Fishing
If you are passionate about this sport, you can bring your fishing rods with you. You will cross more or less fishy waters and along the various itineraries, you can look for a quiet place to stop and practice your favorite hobby. Just relax and admire, from your boat, red sunsets, tasting, meanwhile, a good local wine.

Boat and Birdwatching
A cruise with houseboat is the ideal holiday for those people who want to „go wild“ into nature again: pure Nature, far away from frenzy and daily life. An open air holiday, where only the slow flowing brings you on.
„Slow Tourism“ means also to visit Natural Parks, Oasis and Natural Reserve. Birdwatching is an hobby for everybody: experts or not. You should just listen to the silence of nature and be a little patient.
Enjoy the calmness on board of your houseboat, which provides also a wide external environment, with terrace. Isolate yourself from the world and live a regenrating holiday.
Among the most interesting areas, where you can birdwatch, we reccommend you: Po Delta, the mouths of Stella River, Valle Canal Novo in Marano Lagoon, the Natural Reserve of the mouth of Isonzo River, the island of Cona.

Boat and SUP
One of the most recent and loved activities among young people is „Stand Up Paddling“ (SUP). SUP can be practiced both in the sea and in inland waters, with diffrent itineraries.
Inland waterways flow in parallel with the coast and offer many places, where you can moor your boat. You can then reach either equipped or free beaches: many famous places of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia with the finest sand, quiet sea with low bottoms, ideal for all the family.
Take advantage of the sunny summer days: a refreshing bath or a session with your SUP. This is surely a great opportunity to see breath-taking views and to enter fascinating areas with low bottoms.
You can bring your own SUP or rent it in one of the many beaches of the area.
